Critical issue!!!

    Major problems.

    I sell a product through Clickbank. When someone buys through CB, they get redirected after the sale, to my page:

    http://example-site.com/amember/plugins/payment/clickbank/thanks.php

    Everything is fine.


    Yet when someone completes payment through Paypal (using the Clickbank order form option), they are sent to an error page that says:

    "Errors detected during the sign-up procedure
    Please contact the site administrator

    finish_waiting_payment error: Payment is already completed"


    I need this fixed sooner than yesterday! Please help.

    FYI: I am NOT using Paypal as a payment option within amember, just clickbank. However, clickbank allows users to choose from Paypal if they wish.

    Please help.

    Update:

    ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
    Directions:

    1. Enable plugin: go to aMember CP -> Setup/Configuration -> Plugins and enable" ClickBank" payment plugin.
    DONE

    2. Configure plugin: go to aMember CP -> Setup/Configuration -> ClickBank
    and configure it.
    DONE

    3. Configure ClickBank Product ID at aMember CP -> Manage Products -> Edit
    DONE

    4. Configure ThankYou Page URL in your ClickBank account (for each Product) to this URL:
    http: site-url/amember/plugins/payment/clickbank/thanks.php
    DONE

    5. Configure IPN URL in your ClickBank account to this URL:
    http:// site-url/amember/plugins/payment/clickbank/ipn.php

    WHERE?? :confused:

    6. Run a test transaction to ensure everthing is working correctly.

    CLICKBANK ACCOUNT SETUP

    Now that you have been granted access to the feature and have conducted a successful test,
    its time to complete the account setup of the Instant Notification service.
    Setting up the service is straightforward and involves the following steps.

    1. Log into your account
    2. Click the "Account Settings" tab
    3. Click "My Site" in the sub nav
    4. Enter a Secret Key on your "My Site" page
    5. Enter an Instant Notification URL (SSL Recommended)

    What is this URL? I thought this was the IPN from previous step 5???

    6. Click "Test" to the right of the URL before you save the changes
    7. Review the response in the popup window to identify if the test was a success
    8. Click "Save Changes"

    Once the setup is complete, the Instant Notification transmissions will begin immediately.





    Amember wants three things:
    Thank You Page URL
    IPN URL
    Instant Notification URL




    Clickbank only allows you:
    Thank You Page
    Instant Notification

    This is so confusing!

    Ran another test.... two different URLS in the Instant Notification URL box within clickbank.....


    Test 1

    Both Paypal and CB Worked (user showing as paid in amember)

    Instant Notification URL:
    http://www. site .com/amember/thanks.php




    Test 2

    Both Paypal and CB Worked (user showing as paid in amember)
    ------------------------------
    Instant Notification URL:
    http://www. site .com/amember/plugins/payment/clickbank/ipn.php




    However, every test transaction shows an error of this. Is this good or bad??

    All IPN notifications are logged, so you shuoldnt have to worry about it.

    I don't understand what you mean.

    The instant payment notification is logged...logged where? Why do I have an error showing up in my error log then?

    Also... why are users who choose the paypal option on the clickbank order page, shown an error page that a payment was already made, instead of the proper thank you page??

    Anyone willing to test out my order form? I'll change it to like $5.99 or something and just paypal the funds back to you?

    I need my membership to work flawlessly.

    Recently had troubleshoot the Clickbank payment plugin for a client.

    Yes, there are some issues with this. I have contacted aMember to tell them the issues so they can fix this in future versions. :D

    I've had this issue for months and it's still not been rectified, Tech support sent me a new clickbank plugin but it made no difference.

    There are 3 or 4 threads about this issue here already and no details of how to fix it...

    Please could you tell me what ineed to do to fix it..

    It seems that paypal is passing the payment details twice as there are 2 ipn enteries for each paypal purchase and the added amount in the CP is double the paid amount whn paypal is used....

    Please let me know what i need to do..i am losing sales everyday because people ask for a refund rather than contact me.

    Just saw your post. PayPal IPN is working ok for me. Drop me an email if you'll like (email address below).

    To All:

    I just wanted to post a heads-up that aMember has resolved the above-mentioned issue in v3.1.8, together with the security fix. I have also confirmed the Clickbank payment plugin fix to be working fine while working with aMember on it.
