    Hi Guys

I've set up my sign-up form to use the verification email approach.

Suppose a new user miss-types their email address and they don't get the verfification email.

Then they let me know their proper email address and I correct it in the database.

Now, how do I get a new verification email to the correct address?

    Many thanks for any help.

    Cheers

    Robin

if you are already going in to fix their address why dont you just approve them?

    Or

What I do if no payment is made, delete their old record and have them start over.

If payment is made then I just ask them to confirm their account details

How do you approve members manually?, this could help with my missing verification emails to AOL users.

    Hi Robin,

From the Admin panel, search for the user, click on them, click on Actions and then: Re-Send signup Email.

Here's what you'll see in the amember Actions screen:

Re-Send Signup Email - When a user/customer first signs up and payment is completed aMember automatically sends them an email containing their Username, Password, and URL for accessing the Members area on your site. If the user did not receive or cannot find the original email use this function to have aMember send the email again.
