This is a very urgent matter. I know it's only 24 hours since i mailed but selling a script like this with so many people depending on it i think 24 hours is more than enough time to respond. For those who might have a solution to this feel free to answer. I'm using Vbulletin + Cbbill. Since 3 days recurring memberships are happening. Or should happen. But for some reason the script lets the members not rebill and to make it even worse they can't sign up again because it says they still have a membership, which they don't. I'm not blaming Amember software, maybe there's a setting wrong but either way i'm losing 10 paying members a day. Which is not a good feeling.
Wake up people!!! I got a reply with something i was told to fix which i did but it didn't fix anything. Actually it made things worse! Please someone contact me or login to the script as i give the login info. It's most likely 2 mins work for you guys! It's now day 5 that every recurring member gets kicked out and is unable to sign up again. Roughy 10 people a day paying 15 bucks... Installing your script already cost me tons of members and now this. The support this company gives is just horrible!
I think if it is something that urgent then you would lodge a help ticket not try and get it resolved in a forum. We answer all questions within 24 hours or sooner. If you did not receive response by e-mail within 24 hours, please login to helpdesk and check ticket status using your browser. E-Mail is not 100% reliable and incorrectly configured email filters may reject messages from our helpdesk system.
You think i didn't do that? They replied in the meantime but it didn't solve anything. Their replies are as short as possible and so far weren't of any help. So i'm still waiting. I sent them 3 times the login to my script by now but for some reason they refuse to spend 2 mins of their time to take a look at it.
