    Hello All~

I am about to switch my hosting companies and I want to make sure that whoever I go with will work with Amember. Please let me know who you think is the best!

    Thanks,

I've had a lot of success with Total Choice Hosting , but they will require that you install something like phplist ( amember has a plugin for that), so that the mass emails that you send out are staggered at about 50 at a time. They have hosted my forum for about 5 years, and I must say their uptime and service response time is very good.

    I recommend and use Hostgator.com

I have a bunch of normal hosting packages with them and 3 dedicated servers.

A brief summary on why I recommend them is here:

You'll definitely want a dedicated server if you're going to be sending out a lot of email as Hostgator have a limit on the number of emails per hour for normal hosting accounts. I can't remember what that is off the top of my head.

Hostgator's service is excellent in my experience and having 24 hour phone and chat support is a huge bonus.

Fully managed dedicated servers with root access start from $179 / month. I have three of them and I'm very happy. In fact, we're just about to add another dedicated server over the next couple of weeks.
