I've had two new members try to cancel their 30-day free trial (using PayPal)...

... They said the subcription wasn't found in their PayPal account.

    Any ideas about this?

Also, what's the easiest way for me (as the admin) to cancel a free trial... and can I create a button to have my subscriber cancel the free trial.

"From now on, it may take a few moments for your latest transactions to appear in your Recent Activity and History. You can see the time of the last update above your recent activity."

It may just be a delay in reporting.

I don't know of any easy way- but I have to go into my paypal account and search for the subscription to cancel it...

The member page should show a cancel link next to the users active payment- this brings them to paypal.

    I really appreciate your help...

... I thought the same, except these are subscribers who are at least 5 days into the free subscription.

Could it be that the subscription is buried... in other words, they have to scroll page by page to ultimately find it?

So I don't need to adjust the cancellation within aMember... PayPal will send the cancellation info?

When the user cancels, paypal will send an IPN notification to amember. aMember will record this cancellation, and at the end of the renewal period will expire the user.
