    Hey guys!

I did search the forums and didn't see this question asked. :)

If someone's membership expires, they are moved to an "expired" list in Listmail.

But... if they log back in and renew their membership, does it "re-move" them back to the proper list and remove them from the expired list?

Also, we have approximately 10 "products" but they are all generally the same and all receive the same newsletter emails. Will Listmail have only one "ACTIVE" list that we can mail to, or does each product have separate lists?

Yes, the amember plugin should check to see if they are on the active list- if not it will add them.

You can set up one master "active" list or a list for each product.

Okay last question then! Can you easily do both? Have one list for "ALL ACTIVE USERS", PLUS a list for each product?

Or would you have a list for each product and then select the multiple lists when you go to send the message?

    Thanks so much!

    Nope, would require a hack.

Easier to either have 1 main list, or multiple lists.

I know this post is a couple months old but...

Yes, you can create one master list with "all active users" and still maintain each product list separately. To do this you'll need to use the "User Selection" function in ListMail. This will basically let you pick and choose certain lists to include in a "User Selection" and specify only the active users. In your case, you can create a new selection called "ALL ACTIVE" and use the settings to indicate that you want active users from each of your product lists. Then when you go to send an email, you only need to send the email to your "ALL ACTIVE" selection instead of each individual list.
