    Hello everyone here,

    Urgent help needed,

    I have upgrade new Pro3.1.1 my previous version was Pro3.1.0 but after upgrading new_rewrite is not working.

    When you say it is not working, are you not able to enable it or have you enabled it and it is not protecting the content?

    Hello,

    I have enable new_rewrite option in previous version Pro 3.1.0 but yesterday i have upload new version Pro3.1.1 upgrade files. After that new_rewrite option is not working.

    New_rewrite option is enable in amember Cp plugin but in Manage Products >>protecting folders its showing below error in red

    "new_rewrite (RewriteRule doesn't work in .htaccess files on this server)"

    Sounds like amember is doing some server checking to see if you can use new_rewrite and coming up with a false positive.

    Contact support to have them fix it. Theres probably a simple way to override the check.

    I've seen this in an install where a .htaccess existed in the root of the server that had conflicting rules AND was password protected..

    If you are looking for things to check, may start there..

    I have open ticket two times but from last three days no response from customer support department.

    I need urgent help so i can start paid membership program. Its already to much delay to launch membership program.

    I have protect two different membership but one is working & other is not working. new_rewrite is enable.

    Why your company is not providing support? No reply from 72 hours, Where should i go? I have email 4 days back no response, :mad::confused:

    Please provide me support, Two month already waste. Your amember manual is not helpful no guide lines there & wasting of time on email support.

    From last month two i am upgrading and upgrading. Your script is not stable uptill now.

    New_rewrite option is enable in amember Cp plugin but in Products >>protecting folders its not working please send me guide so i can change my self.

    Have you ever had new_rewrite actually working?
    Its not just a function of amember but also a function of your host set up.
    Secondly if this is yet to become a working site then understand that urgent priority jobs from live sites may very often take priority.
    ALso the priotity category you attached to your support ticket in the help desk will affect its

    I have upgrade Pro 3.1.0 yesterday i have upload new version Pro3.1.2 upgrade files after that protecting folder is not working client memberarea.

    There is no such coding or support in the manual on amember site. I am also using other membership site with easymemberpro there response is appreciable because they reply in time frame within 24 hours. I have pay for amember script.

    I have only one complain related to amember that there response is very poor & slow. If i need urgent response , i have to wait for 3 to 4 days. I am satisfied with the script but due to late response i am fedup on slow response.

    Amember's support staff don't seem to work weekends so that's the problem you're hitting.

    And if you update your support ticket while waiting it will be put at the bottom of the ticket queue again.
