I had problems with PayPal IPN & Failed payments which Alex addressed.

Today, a user alerted me that they cannot upgrade their subscription - they got this error:

Fatal error: Cannot instantiate non-existent class: pricecalculator in /home/joseph/public_html/subscribe/plugins/payment/paypal_r/paypal_r.inc.php on line 139

I just tried it and cannot upgrade.

We haven't done anything in the database (aside from Alex troubleshooting the Failed payment).

Help! As it sounds, we're losing subscribers!:(

    Oh, boy.
    What I've discovered -

The user receives the Fatal error.

PayPal accepts payment (is deposited in account)***

aMember admin panel shows Not Paid

PayPal debug - shows nothing (no failed payment, no signup, nothing)

Any hints / help is most welcome!!!!

    ?So.... never mind.
I've learned that the problem - a previous fix included an aMember page upload of 3.10 version and we are running 3.08 version of aMember.

In fact, you'll want to upgrade up to 3.1.2 as a very similiar, quite possibly the same, "price calculator" issue was in 3.1.0 and 3.1.1

    Hello,

I think what they were saying is that they are running version 3.0.8 of aMember but uploaded a fix from 3.1.0 which broke their 3.0.8 installation because PriceCalculator class was not defined in 3.0.8. By rolling back this fix I assume there 3.0.8 installation started working again.
