We upgraded from the demo version to the full version earlier today. Everything is working great except for the wordpress plugin.
Before we went to the full version (same install/db, just overwrote) and still had the demo up, user accounts would be created when an amember user signed up. We could also manually sync by rebuilding the db in amember.

After the upgrade, everything seems to be fine except for the user sync. I have the newly downloaded wordpress plugin in plugins/protect/wordpress/ (config.inc.php, wordpress.inc.php, readme.txt). The setup/config page brought over all my old settings, it sees my db prefix and populates my roles, but thats about it.

Wp has not changed at all since it was working with the demo amember, we're on 2.6

    Any thoughts?

Integration is basically the same for 2.6 and 2.7, but for security sake, you should move to 2.7.

As far as the problem you are having.... if its a fresh install, can you delete the old user from wordpress (except for admin) and do a rebuild. Are members being added?

Thanks for the reply. During my initial troubleshooting (before posting) I had deleted any users since we are not live yet, all that remains in wordpress is the admin, and we have 5-6 test users in amember right now. Odd that the rebuild database worked fine before we upgraded from demo to paid?

After double checking every field I could think of, turns out the wordpress related fields in my product settings was reset. aMember CP > Manage Products > Edit > Additional Options > Wordpress role & Wordpress level.

Makes sense, I was focusing on the wp plugin options and not the actual product that would make their accounts valid to sync.

Looks like we're all set, thanks!
