Amember with 1Shoppingcart - Urgent

    Hi,

    I am new to both amember and 1shopping cart. I am using the Trial version of both of them. I am able to integrate them. At the signup the User directs to 1shopping cart and checkout it redirects the user to the amember again.

    The problem is that when the user redirects back again from 1Shopping cart it does not show the payment history and the Subscription is Pending in the Amember Admin and in Payment column it shows "Never".


    ALSO I am not been able to uncheck the "free" payment plugin from the Amember Admin.


    Please help me out. I need to get this resolved very soon.

    1. Please check amember CP -> Error/Debug log do you have any errors related to 1SC here?
    2. Why you need to disable free payment option? It's invisible on signup / renewal forms and will be used for free products only.

    Thank you Alexander,

    There is no Error/debug log there at Amember->Error/Debug log.

    Please Note :- I am using both amember and 1shopping cart as an Trial member. Is this a cause of the problem ?

    No. Integration still should work. Is this possible submit a ticket and provide amember CP login info in it?

    Also if you don't see anything related to 1SC in Error/Debug log his means that plugin/account configuration is wrong so aMember does not receive 1SC IPN messages.
    Check your products in 1SC account and make sure that you enabled "aMember product" setting for products associated with amember.

    I have checked ISC account again however i have not found any option to enable "aMember Product" setting. Can you please let me know from where i can enable it in 1SC Trial Account.

    I have configure my Amember with ISC with the instructions mentioned in Amember's 1SC plugin section after enable it from the setup/configuration section.

    NOTE :- I have not put the "POST BACK PASSWORD" in amember as i am not been able to find it in the 1SC Trial Account.

    For "POSTBACK PASSWORD" i found in 1SC that i need to purchase the Amember package worth $99 from the 1SC. For now i would like to go with Trial accounts then after setting up the things i will purchase everything.

    Please help.

    Integration will not work without aMember integration plugin ($99) offered by 1SC.
    When you will purchase that plugin, it will enable all necessary options (amember Product, Postback password)

    Okay, so i have to purchase plugin to work it properly ? without which we can't have working Amember with 1SC. Right ?

    Correct.

    1SC guys need to enable that option for you manually... so talk to them first:
