Just curious. Thing is that I told my members the move we're doing will take 24-48 hours... but I just realized that amember support maybe doesn't work weekends (I couldn't find info on this anywhere). I'm in no hurry, I just wonder if I should update my message to my customers... since they can't use the old member's until amember answers me about the new site (we're moving). Btw, I love this script. I just renewed our licence for the 3rd time and the support is ussually awesome, I just have never contacted them on a friday before - so wondering if that changes things any.
traditionally support is not available during the weekends (your results may vary) Are you having a problem, perhaps we in the community can assist you?
Not really. Only support can do this. They need to change my licence domain. Thanks for the offer though! Appreciate it. I think amember would have less of those whiners if they mentioned the weekend thing lol. Response time just says 24h, I get the sense that a lot of the people who whine here about lack of support were weekenders. Me, personally, I have always received super-speedy support... So I was wondering where all these complainers come from, lol. I think they would be reduced if the weekend note was just added.
