I just need a ticket answered and it has been since this morning since they responded. I just need 1 minor adjustment they did and would like to do this tonight. I know it is close to their support hours but I would like to have this completed so I can merge the site properly. I have sent in several tickets... but have not seen a response since this morning. my programmer has been waiting for my response on the changes but have not gotten an answer from amember - is there a way I can get direct access to their support? it is something minor too just moving domain names...
it takes 24 hours to get a response to your ticket, so the more of those you send in, the more time it will take to deal with them... just imagine how many of these trouble tickets they get every day... that stuff adds up quickly.
