Verotel cancellations show as RECURRING

    Hi,

    is there any way to change it so that a Verotel subscription which is cancelled can be updated to show something other than RECURRING as the end-date?

    It'd be great if it could show CANCELLED, or even just the ending date of the subscription period.

    At the moment, the only way to tell if an active Verotel subscriber has cancelled is to view the Debug log and look for a trn => cancel

    i am new to this site and forum. i came across an ad for rottweiler puppies and sent an e-mail. i have not heard anything like e-mail several times now. i told him that the image is not a woman holding a puppy. if something is for sale on this site people to withdraw their ads or just keep running? i think i wonder if a game. site, or you know. thanks

    We are bumping into the same issues...

    We just now found users who canceled their memberships back in Nov-2010 still had valid recurring memberships -- going to the verotel membership page and searching for them they indeed were canceled many months ago!!

    This means we might have many users from verotel who have recurring memberships that have been canceled.

    I see no good way to pull reports any anything to help us kull through the list of recurring users!
