    Dear All,

We have integrated Amember with Moodle.

Recently we had a custom Amember login.php page done to match with our custom Moodle theme.

This morning I added a product to Amember (http://www.oursite.com/courses) and then protected this folder) using new_rewrite method.

However, once I add protection, the design of the custom Amember login.php page disappears. It is just a white background with just the 'Please Login' and 'Lost Password' boxes (a bit like the default Amember theme).

I don't understand what is causing this?

Can anyone help me out please?

The strange this is, is that as soon as I remove protection, then the custom Amember theme works, just like the web designer did for us.

We are going to start a Beta test of the site soon, so need to get this fixed quickly.

    Best wishes,

    ch.

Could it be as simple as the new product pages are in one protected area and the web page is calling for a css file that is in another.

If this was the case then the page wouldn't be able to open the style sheet but no error would be generated.

    Hi thehpmc,

As far I know, the css filem the web page is calling is also in the protected folder.

Do you have any other ideas about what it could be?

    Thanks,

    ch

    Any ideas anyone?

Amember support team, I've also put a request through help desk. I would be grateful for your response.

    You got a sample URL?

Until we can see where the problem occurs, it's a pure speculation and guessing game...

Are the graphics in the same directory as well?

Sounds to me that the designer used CSS thats in the protected directory.
You need to place a copy of it in an unprotected directory.
