Authorize.net CIM is working. For the test product I have recurring billing checked and a $1 amount, but at Authorize.net the ARB subscription was not created. Cron is working. The trial period was 1 day and billing worked correctly. 1st billing good. Does Amember process using Authorize.net API ? Does the amember subscription first need to end, before the ARB subscription is created at Authorize.net and the member billed the second time? Would very much appreciate any help with this. Thank you
amember does not use ARB to handle recurring payments. With CIM, aMember will create profile for user when first payment will be processed. Then when user should be rebilled, aMember will use that profile wich holds user's CC info.
So we cannot use ARB with aMember? We can only use CIM? That's fine, but what happens if a customer wants to cancel their subscription and just let it run out and expire. How do they do that? Is there a recurrent billing cancellation page in aMember? Do they have to contact us directly to do this for them? Do they have to contact Authorize.net?
Also, I just want to be sure. Is aMember completely compatible and integrated with Authorize.net CIM?
Cancellation link will be available in member's area: /amember/member.php in payment history (after each active subscription)
I have a client's site (running on v3.2.4PRO) that has 3 monthly subscription products. The site offers PayPal and Authorize.net payment options. We've noticed that the Authorize.net subscriptions take payment once only. Subscribers may remain subscribed, but no recurring payments are going through. Authorize say that it's an issue with the set-up of our site, but the subscriptions work fine with PayPal. Please advise.
