Support is pathetic

    Hi

    we have amember script installed with our website www.onlinehmp.com

    but there are lot of bugs with it.

    now since last 4-5 days, CONTINUE button on the form page is not working....

    i have contcted my service provider who have bought the script and he said, amember people can not find out the problem and not replying...

    really frustationd since i am losing a lot of buisness due to this...

    Sorry for delay with reply on weekend. I checked tickets history, and see that first time this issue was mentioned in Friday, and our stuff requested additional info in order to fix it. Last message in the ticket was today with request to provide ftp info. Issue seems to be in customizations that you have in your script, so we need to check files and modifications therefor ftp info was requested. I will take personal attention to this ticket and will fix this as soon as ftp info will be provided.

    Need urgent attention

    Hi. Thanks for your reply. but the thing is that, it was working since last so many months! now we have not changed anything and the fact is that it is not working...... there are no registrations happening because of this and my mail is flooded with the complaint!

    to my agony, i am not able to add user from the back end using ADD USER? it again gives me SQL error of table does not exist!

    so i request you to please resolve this issue as early as possible.

    i hope you will consider this as urgent issue and do the needful

    vishic, you f*ucked up on your end (or your service provider did, whoever did the customizations for you and mucked with your installation), and then you come here and blame aMember guys for it?

    Please.

    I am not associated with aMember in any way, shape or form, but seriously... point the blame to the right people (those who actually had access to your website/amember script).

    And you're getting free support from aMember guys here anyway, regardless of the fact that they had nothing to do with the problem...

    The data transfer is done by Amember......
    and......why ADD USER button at the back end is not working?

    when i try to add user from my backend, i get this error
    MYSQL ERROR:<br />Table 'onlinehm_signup.users' doesn't exist<br />in query:<br />SELECT COUNT(*) FROM users WHERE username='fffff' AND (email <> 'f@yahoo.com' OR (usertype <> 'user' AND usertype <> '') OR password <> MD5('fffff'))

    well you said it yourself - it worked just fine for months... so it seems like you or your developers/service providers made a boo-boo in the process of fiddling with it.

    So you seem to have broken it and then have the nerve to call aMember support pathetic because they don't drop everything and fix YOUR errors instantly.

    Think an appology might be in order here!!
