    Hi,

I'm getting email from my members saying that they are receiving the following error message:

Now, I have amember password-protecting the /members/ folder and vbulletin 4 set up in the /members/forums/ directory (I do not have an additional level of protection - .htaccess - set for the forums folder).

I am using the amember vbulletin plugin, which seems to be working so far.

Is there a reason some members are receiving this error? It seems to be happening when vbulletin sends out a new message notice and they click directly on the link...

    Thanks.

Might this be something I need to address with vbulletin? Or put in a support ticket here?

    Thanks.

Check server access and error logs. There should be more info about error.
Also do you use any security modules for php like mod_secure ?

    Hey Alex,

I do not see any error logs in the forums/ folder. Where do I check server access? cpanel?

And since I don't remember doing any of this specifically:

I'm guessing no, but how can I be sure?

    Thanks.

Yes check access and error_logs in your cpanel.

aMember CP -> Version Info then search for mod_secur
