Coupons not working for me

    I've created coupon codes, but when people try to use them they don't seem to work--they're charged the full price. Here's one:

    For some reason, it isn't giving the expected 10% discount on annual membership. Can anyone give me some idea what I might be doing wrong?? And no, it hasn't reached its limit because none have been successfully used. It still shows:

    I'd test changing the dates, just in case theres a bug there.

    What payment systems you use? Some payment plugins just does not support coupon codes.

    Alexander, I use both PayPal and Authorize_CIM and it doesn't seem to work with either one.

    David, I had the same problem with one that I had set a date range on.
