    Hi,
Is there an option to send automatic follow up emails to PENDING members (members that supplied their email initially, but decided not to sign up as paying members) in Amember? Would like to follow up with these folks automatically in Amember if possible.

    Thanks in advance!

    There is an option called:

    Enable "Not-Completed Payment" Notification
send email to user when his subscription is pending
and no completed subscriptions created for this customer

This would probably fit the bill..it is under email setup

Hi, thanks for the response. Unfortunately, this option will send an email to the user as soon as they sign up. Would be perfect if there was an option to delay this message by 1 day or more. But it's not a useful option now since it automatically sends an email to the user right away even though they are about to sign up to be an active member. This would just create confusion the way it's set up currently. Any other ideas out there?

I have not used this feature but it does show an option to delay the email by x number of days, at least in my version.

Enable "Not-Completed Payment" Notification is the thing that you need.
    There are two different notifications:
Enable "Not-Completed Payment" Notification which can tbe delayed and
Pending payment notification which will be sent immediately when payment will be created.

"Not Completed Payment" Notification- Not Working

We are trying to implement the "Not Completed Payment" Notification autoresponder e-mail. We have created an e-mail and entered first 0 days and then 1 day for this e-mail to go out. We set up test non-paid accounts and have yet to receive an e-mail.

We would really love to have this feature turned on as it would save us a lot of man hours.

    Thank you!

    Is your cron set properly?
Also- i wouldnt do a day 0 setting, this may send out the notification on the same day they started the order, even if they completed it. Think you need to wait 1 day.

    Hi David,

I am poking around and not really sure what the cron is. I can tell you that we have several autoresponders set up that are sending properly. This one seems to be the only one that isn't working.

The problem can be in a way you test.
Email will not be sent if there is other completed account with the same email or name.

Thanks, Alexander. We did delete all accounts associated with the e-mail address before we tested and we tested with an address that had never been used with our system. I am beginning to think we have a bug. I really appreciate all of the help!
