Any thoughts on the best way to give an existing user a complimentary month?

    Thanks

What is the scenario which would dictate giving them a complimentary month? Is this a one-off for a single customer or a bulk action you are looking for?

It would be for a bulk action, but I'm also curious as to how to do it with a single person without messing up the recurring automatic payment.

    Thanks

You could use the mass subscribe link in the products area.
for single person, add it to their account manually- but the problem is, what payment system are you using? If using 3rd party system like paypal- you wont be able to add an extra month with no billing, since its paypal that does the auto billing.

Ahh, that's a bummer as I am using paypal. I guess the only other way is to pay them the difference in their paypal account?

How about giving them a bonus item instead? Always better to give product over cash...
