Can't manually approve a member

    So I manually approve the member's payment (everyone is free) but the user still can't login because the email_verified varible is set to -1. I can't find anywhere that you can bypass the email verification. If you don't, your user cannot login and gets this message:

    You have not verified your e-mail address, so login is not
    allowed. Please check your mailbox for e-mail verification message and
    click link to be verified. If you have not receive verification message,
    please click this link and we will resend you verification message.

    It can't be bypassed from ammeber CP, user have to verify email address. You can only resend email verification message from aMember CP -> Edit usjer -> Actions

    doesn't work.

    The problem I have seems to be the same. The person already has an account so when we click the link on the Admin Cp to resend the verification email the message comes back, "Payment is already completed." So I am assuming that an email isn't sent. Ergo,,, account can't be verified.

    The user can access his content pages, but he can't access his Subscription Management page, so he can't purchase the next product. THAT'S A PROBLEM!!!!

    What can we do about this?

    If user get such error, this means that his account is already verified.
    Is there any error? What happen when user try to access Subscription Management page?

    Verification Email Problem

    I'm getting a similar problem.

    the message when attempting to log in is

    You have not verified your e-mail address, so login is not
    allowed. Please check your mailbox for e-mail verification message and
    click link to be verified. If you have not receive verification message,
    please click this link and we will resend you verification message.


    I send them a verification email but when clicking on the link the message is:


    An Error has occured
    Incorrect link - make sure you copy link from your email client correctly


    (Yes I pasted the whole thing)

    The link to click on provided is:

    http://(mysite).com/amember/signup.php?cs=26410-20753622174d

    They can access the content pages, but not their subscription mgmt page,,, which means they can not purchase my product.

    This has happened to a couple users recently.

    E-mail verification error

    Also having the same problem. There is an error that is on the page with no other options... They are locked out of the registration pages because whenever I go back to www.(my-url).com/amember/member.php I get this same error and the user is unable to receive e-mails from us for some reason - so I'd like to be able to manually approve them. Even if they may not be able to receive invoices from us automatically later, at least they would be able to purchase other products.

    Being new here, this may be a stupid question. Does this only happen when the payment is manually approved?

    I'm not really familiar with aMember yet. Is there any other way to approve payment? If so, does the error occur no matter how it is approved?

    Please contact us via helpdesk with aMember CP login info and sample e-mail verification message that contains the wrong long.
    I believe there is some misunderstanding...

    But the problem is that if they didn't get the original email verification email from aMember, they won't get the re-sent verification email. Can they verify their email in a browser? Or can admin verify the email themselves?

    We're losing quite a few email verification emails due to spam filters/ IP blocks, whatever, and it's not clear that there is any work-around.

    Latest version have ability to mark email as verified from ammber CP.
