    Hello

lets say we sell a recurring product so a customer completes an order page (auth.net aim)

then we want to sell an upsell one time product so we want them to see that page after the order page then go to another order page

but if the customer goes to another order page they have to create a new user and new password

how do we get them to buy an upsell product after the main product and keep the same user and password?

or pass info for one click upsells if that is possible?

    so flow would be

    product
    order page
upsell - one click or see another order page
upsell - one click or see another order page
    thank you page

    Thanks!
    Sharon

Looks like Ken Gary is no longer selling plugins or offering services

Sharon, we are planning flexible upsell module for next major release of v4: version 4.2.0. Right now we unfortunately cannot offer any solution.

How about using a time released, Incremental Content, delivery of say three (3) days to use your example and you bump them up one day at a time? We understand the psychology of "get them while they're hot" but we've not seen a study that can explain just how much the buyer has cooled down in just 24-hours. Try using a relationship building sequence of events over several days. Prove the initial product and your capacity to provide excellent customer care and earn their desire to buy more in a short farming cycle of 3 to 5 days. This will also set you up for the privilege to ask for a referral(s). Think: "High Tech, High Touch?" Best regards from Maverick Marketing Methods, Clifford (Tech Support / Customer Care)

Do you have an idea of how far out this is? I would be interested in helping to develop it from an end users perspective, and would also be will to pay for custom programming to have this created sooner as a plugin.

Sorry, but I am afraid to give any promises about this now, as we have not started work on it yet. It will be more or less clear by New Year.
