    Hello,

I copied over the signup folder from default/views/ into my theme folder.
Is there something I need to do for that template to show up in the alternative template drop down menu in the forms editor?

    Thanks in advance!

I am sorry, but form elements currently could not be changed via signup template.
You can use CSS to change style.

Let me know if you need something else.

Been working on this too- Alex said the ability to change the signup template will be fixed in v 4.10
As of 4.8, changing the template has no effect.

I'm not paying another $80 to the Membership Academy just to find out how to use some software that I have already given amember.com $240 for. Why don't amember.com provide an easy answer to customising templates?

Yes, it helped a little but eventually I gave up.

Haha I know how you feel, i tried for hours! but I managed to find out how to do it by looking at the core code and I can now have a theme consistent signup form.

Just put a signup folder in your custom theme folder and call the signup form signup_something.phtml , that makes it selectable in the drop down list on the forms editor for a form.

In the signup_something.phtml file you can specify a custom_layout.phtml file to use by adding the file name to the top part of code.

I'm away from the pc right now but I'll see if I can remember to post more detailed instructions when I've finished migrating a digital access pass install to amember
