If I have a membership payment and/or option of buying a book, I am struggling to detup payment page. I want to have 2 product bricks on the page, 1 selss membership, the other sells a book. Both items are optional, eg users can buy a subscription, or a book, or both. However, Amember always seems to want to force one of the product bricks to be pre-selected/ How can I let the user chosse whcih to purchase, if they are on different product bricks? If the users wants to buy 2 books, how is this setup? Thanks
Add two product bricks to signup page. Then configure both and set "Input Type" to checkboxes. Both will be available, and nothing will be pre-selected, so user will be able to select any products he whant from any brick.
Each book (if it was setup as separate product) will have checkbox on signup page, so user will be able to select as many books as he want.
Ability to order different quantity of product is implemented and will be included into next release. However, this functionality will work through shopping cart interface only, not in the order forms.
ok, thanks for the update. As a feature request is there a way we can add a limits to any products. Eg if I want to limit the number of members to 1000, or if I only have 500 books to sell can I enfrce some time of quantity limit on number of products availabel to buy?
Hi Alex, When will this quantity ordering ability for the shopping cart be available? It's exactly what I've been waiting for.
We have this in our todo list already: http://bt.amember.com/issues/644 this will be implemented as a plugin.
