Lost password for member with multiple accounts under one email address

If a member has multiple accounts under one email address and enters that email address in the Lost Password box, they receive an email with a change password link for only one account, probably the first in the database.

Any way this can be changed so they get a link for each and every login id associated with their email address?

Also, has V4 addressed the issue of multiple logins with one email address?
