After you generate a coupon code, you can change the code to this type of format by following these steps: Generate a coupon code as normal Then go to the "View Coupon" icon as shown in the image below Click in the coupon box (as shown in the image below) and change the system generated code to the preferred format Based on testing, when you edit the code, it doesn't have to be the same number of characters as the original code.
