Is anyone else receiving aMember support? I created a ticket with a serious issue on sunday, and it is now thursday, and have not received a response

Hi, I am getting pretty desperate. I applied the latest upgrade to my site - over 7 hours ago. The upgrade completely broke my site. I submitted an 'URGENT' support ticket but have not received any feedback or acknowledgement of the issue. None of our customers can access the content and no new sales can be made. The case number that was logged is FSA-94259-963. Can someone please assist?!
This was kindly addressed by Alexander. The issue was due to PHP versions manually set on my hosting provider and the minimum version required by the latest version of aMember.
