Hello; I succesfully create an account, and process payment via 1 shopping cart. I receive thank you notes from both 1 shopping cart and Amember. However, the subscription does not appear on the client's home page. Advice please. What additional diagnostic information might be helpful? Regards; jtb
Do you have any errors related to 1SC in aMember CP -> Error/Debug log? Was subscription really completed in aMember(check on aMember CP -> Payments)?
