We just started using the phplist plugin and it's working very well.

Here's a question someone might be able to answer:

In the amember member record, there's an Unsubscribed field (for those who don't want to receive newsletters). When records are transfered to the phplist database, does it take this into account by not transferring records marked as Unscubscribed?

I tried to transfer the Unsubscribed data, but was only successful by using the Textline data type in phplist, which I can't use as a criteria when sending emails in phplist. Is there a simple way to transfer the Unsubscribed data to a data type that phplist can use as a criteria when sending emails?
