14 Day Free Trial not Being Recognized - Charging Users Immediately

    Our site offers a 14 day free trial of our service. However, when a user registers it's actually taking money out of their account right away instead of waiting for the 14 days to be over first. I've triple-checked the settings for all of the products:
    Duration: 1 month
    Trial Price: 0
    Trial Duration: 14 days

    Am I doing something wrong?

    My mistake, everything is ok. I mis-read the incoming message and when it said "new payment", I thought it was for a new subscriber. It was not, it was a recurring payment for an existing subscriber.
