We're planning on installing version 4 on a new server and then migrating our existing Amember Ver 3 database. I read the "Migration from legacy aMember Pro v3" documentation stating recurring payments for PayPal will continue to work, however the documentation also states: "Import of recurring subscriptions from other payment systems requires attention from qualified aMember professionals. The problem is not import itself, the problem is how these imported subscriptions will be automatically handled by new payment plugins in v4." We also use 1ShoppingCart. Anyone aware if the recurring payments with 1SC will continue post migration?
This really need special attention. We unfortunately have no test records of 1SC payments to run test import and see what happens.
Can anyone suggest steps to test this scenario? We certainly cannot risk migrating our recurring 1SC payments and loose all of the recurring revenue if it doesn't work. At the same time, we cannot remain indefinitely on a legacy Amember version.
