We have setup amember to work with 1shopping cart. Everything works with payment being accepted, but... amember does not update the user account to ACTIVE, instead it is holding at PENDING. Please advise.
Sounds like you are missing a step in the integration. Have you set the thank you page in 1sc, enabled the amember plugin in 1sc etc.. David
1shopping Cart Integration Error David, Thank you for your email. We went back through our entire system both in 1shopping cart and amember and have confirmed that all settings are correct. The issue that we are having is that 1shopping cart is accepting payment and then not activating the users account in amember. Directed to 1Shoppingcart payment page - OK 3. After Payment is Submitted we are directed to thanks.php - OK * Shows total amount paid - OK 4. Login to Account Click Here - OK 5. Account shows - NO ACTIVE SUBSCRIPTION - ((PROBLEM IS HERE))) ========== Email Sequence That Gets Sent To the Client ============ 1. Customer Receipt / Purchase Confirmation Sent - OK * Company Name has successfully processed your order 2. Please check amember CP -> Error log Do you see any messages related to 1SC here? Did you set "amember product" in your 1SC account -> Products -> Edit Product ?
Ran into something similar like this myself. Traced my issue to loading the "SKU" instead of the Product ID from 1shoppingcart ( 1SC ) into the product id in amember. Thought I'd post here for any future folks who may run into that..and I'll tag it: 1shoppingcart.com 1shoppingcart 1sc pending not paid -Cheers
If the user purchases two products, 1SC only passes back the purchase confirmation for one to aMember and leaves the other unpaid. Not sure if this relates to your problem.
