1SC performed an upgrade to their systems last week (week of 8/4/08), and it broke quite a few things this past week for me including:

    1. IPN data no longer passes to Amember, so even though 1SC processes a credit card transaction successfully, Amember is not receiving that information and keeps the new member account in Pending status.

    2. I noticed that even in my 1SC account, the "My Products" module of their application crashed at least twice last week and they had to reset the server.

Anyway, I'm wondering if anyone else has experienced this problem with 1SC as it relates to the IPN data not coming through.

    Let me know.

    Thanks.

I notice that today and thought I set up something wrong and sent Alex a ticket.

You are not the only one with pending users... very frustrating.

I spoke with 1SC on Friday and they said that there's a TaskID issued for this but the resolution to this issue will not be pushed out until Thursday 8/14/08. The TaskID is #8616 if anyone wants to call 1shoppingcart and ask for a status.

They know they broke communication with the Amember script because of their latest upgrade, but somehow they failed to understand that they also MESSED up our businesses. And now it's not a priority for them to FIX what they broke right away.

They would rather have you wait until they push out the fix. I guess they broke more than they bargained for in this last release.

Therefore, if anyone is considering 1ShoppingCart, I would carefully take into account that this type of issue was report earlier in March 2008 and also late in 2007. In less than a year this has already happened 3 times to my knowledge while searching in the forums here. DON'T blame Amember, they are the good guys here.
