For about 2 weeks now, 1ShopppingCart is not posting payments to my Amember site leaving customer unable to login after they have paid. Everything is setup correctly, and this was working fine when I first set it up. I'm getting very frustrated - I'm wondering if anybody else is experiencing/experienced this? I do have open tickets with both 1SC and Amember.
I too am having the same issue. We just paid for 3.09 and the 1ShoppingCart functionality works well, however when they are redirected back to the member section they can't log in for what they've paid for.
1shoppingcart Issue There is obviously a problem with 1shoppingcart. I am also experiencing this. Did you submit a ticket? That will get us one step closer if we all submit tickets.
you can't use the link that 1shoppingcart give you. the member needs to buy the product via amember signup of member page. I ended up using a hack link that directs straight to paypal
I am having exactly the same problem. My set up with Amember and 1shopping cart did work when we originally tested it, but now that I am ready to launch no one who goes through the process can get access to the product. I have checked every setting in both 1shopping cart and amember and all are according to the amember directions. I have submitted a ticket and updated it. I discovered this AM with 1shopping cart that there is a setting in the cart on the detail product page that we were not told about by 1shoppingcart when we got the plugin set up and which is also not mentioned in the Amember instructions on the 1shoppingcart configuration page. Strangely, it was working before and according to the cart tech this should not be possible. Regardless, it is working now. If you are having problems, be sure your product is set as an Amember product. Go into your product list, open the individual product, scroll alll the way down to the end of the page where you will see "amember" and a check box next to it. Check the box and save the changes. This fixed my problem or at least seems to have when I just tested it. Hope this helps someone else.
