Hi. I've just gone through the steps to integrate 1SC and Amember and everything seemed to be running smoothly.... I set up a test product to see how things were working, and when I go to test the product I get the message that my cart is empty. Tried setting up another product - it works fine (can test product, go to checkout etc) until I tick the Amember box in product set up (then same issue - 'cart is empty'). Is there a problem with my setup? Has anyone else had this issue? Any idea's on what could be causing it/how I can fix it? Any feedback will be appreciated!
Sounds like you havent integrated properly. Are you going through the amember signup 1st -> 1sc process? Have you added the 1sc product id to the product setting in amember? David
Hi David, Thanks for your response. I was going straight from 1SC to the product page. If I sign up through amember first, I then get directed to the shopping cart and all seems to work fine. Just a misunderstanding on my part - thanks anyway
