24 hour 'gauranteed' response time

    does this include weekends? I've had a ticket open for about 48 hours now without a reply so just wondering... :rolleyes:

    Been waiting 3 days.

    I've been waiting for a ticket response since Wednesday (3 days ago). I bought aMember with their "24 hour guarantee" response time in mind. So far I am not psyched on their support.

    Shasta what EXACTLY is your amember problem?
    Rather than write to the forum with a whine and a gripe why not actually use your time valuably and ask for the help of other users? This is a HELP forum not a gripe forum
    Also understand that there maybe other users with critical problems being served before you are
