I just installed the free trial version at my web hosting, besthostgator.com. Unexpectedly the installation was very easy. However I have some questions: - Is the 2CheckOut plugin not available? It's not listed in the payment plugin. How to get this plugin? - Is there any instruction on Google Checkout integration? I couldn't find it in the manual. - I want my buyer to see my OTO / upsell first before they're redirected to the product download page. How to do this? Please advise. Cheers.
