3.0.7 install problems

UPDATE - As Alex says below - Upload using BINARY.


basically installed 3.0.7 deleted my local copy of 3.0.6

now 3.0.7 does not work and there are no archives of older version for download


desperately need my setup working for the weekend, this is a big money loss

a) anyone else have the following error with the new install

firstly something about not reading the database and then

Fatal error: Call to undefined function: new_smarty() in ***/index.php on line 56

b) anyone got an archive of 3.0.6 pm so i can install it asap

I received the same error today, from the same install.

"Fatal error: Call to undefined function: new_smarty() in *** on line 20"

Anyone else have a resolution to this problem?
