I have filled out the installation request form 4 days ago. I have sent multiple emails from multiple email addresses to find out the status. I have used the contact form on the website. No response. Feel like I am being ignored!!!
NOBODY is ignored. Please check for your tickets at https://www.cgi-central.net/support/ Enter your e-mail and request your username and password (it is different from defailt). You will see all your tickets and our staff responses to it. No responses there, least not that I can access. Why no responses to the many emails I have sent? Have sent them from multiple email accounts with multiple ISPs with no spam filtering. No responses and no install. When will it be installed? You can private messege on the board if your unable to associate my forum username with my order.
Answer sent by e-mail. It seems to be a problem with our support system - it did not accept some messages by email, and possible did not send some e-mail notices about replies. We're working to resolve this trouble ASAP. In the meantime, please use https://www.cgi-central.net/support/ and make sure your questions/installation requests were accepted by system. If not, just resubmit question. I'm sorry for this technical trouble, it will be fixed soon.
