40 Products /Protection

I'm creating an archive website that features over 40 of my various works. Each products (ZIP file downloads) will be in its own sub-directory on the site:

http://mysite.com/product001/

http://mysite.com/product002/

http://mysite.com/product003/

And on like that....

I'm unsure how to set-up protection for each product (directory). Which plug-in is best, etc.

Any tips?

Use amember protect folder protection for each folder- new_rewrite.

but i think the tree structure is just so bulky folders and folders
