Did anyone from support ever answer this? I do not see a response. I had the same hing happen so I just moved all my recurring billing off amember and over to my cart. I now need to setup a new member site but really want to be sure this will not happen again if i go with amember on this new site. i lost thousands of $$ before I got it all moved last time about a year ago.
Same thing happening We are having the same thing happen which was bad enough... On top of that...we accidentally let our SSL certificate expire and now we can't re-activate those people now that our SSL is back up. On another note...I am trying to get the people out of amember into another system but I can't export cc number decrypted. Anyone have any thoughts? Keith
This can happen if you have mny rebills for the day. Each rebill processing take some time depending on your server. So it can take 1-2 seconds or even 30 seconds for one payment if link between payment system and server is not good. So if you have 10 rebills this can take up to 5 minutes to proccess all payments and there will be a big chance that cron process will be just killed by server. To avoid this situation we changed rebill functionality in latest version in aMember. If you don't use latest version you need to upgrade and set cron job to be executed once a hour. Also latest version have functionality to rerun rebills for given day from amember CP.
What version do I need to have to assure this is not a problem - we bill 100's a day!!!!!!!!!!! This would ruin us
