I have been going back and forth via email with a tech trying to get this set up. I have tried everything to get this to work. I even ran it for a week thinking it would re-bill like it said. I have had $300 in sales that as of today is not re-billing.

I am selling an ebook not a membership so once a customer buys they should be able to access the product permanently. I have tried all the settings the tech has been sending me then tested them using my wife's cc. None of them are working!

It seems to me that this should be a simple function. Customer signs up for a free trial and gets billed a week later if they do not cancel. Can amember do this? If so how?

When I tried setting up a free trial the first time paypal said "you must enter a dollar amount" when I tested it. So I made it a one penny trial. This worked but is not re-billing. When I check the "recurring" button paypal just kicks back an error saying "you have been sent here through an invalid link"

I am sorry, but this has been a very frustrating process for what I assumed would be a simple thing. Now it looks like I am going to lose $300. I had 12 people buy they are all expecting to be billed and amember is not billing them.

If there is any way to force the billing these customers are expecting please let me know. If not I will have to do a manual invoice and manually extend the membership duration. If I have to do this I am sure most of my invoices will be rejected since it requires the customer taking action instead of just being an automatic draft...like they were expecting.

    Please advise
