We have found a situation in version 3.0.9 where aMember will lock the IPs of a registered users that are or have been using the SAME IP as the Administrator. In one section of our office we have about 25 people who access the Internet over the SAME IP address. If the aMember Admin is or has been working on the SAME IP as a registered aMember user, aMember will lock the IP in the records of any registered user using the SAME IP address! In the records of people registered in aMember working from the SAME IP as the Admin it can be seen that aMember locks and disables access to these members! At this point, when registered users who have been logged-in using the SAME IP as the Admin try to login they get a message saying that their access has been disabled! Also, if registered aMember users log into aMember from the SAME computer that Admin has used eariler, the aMember system will also lock the accounts of these users! Does aMember employ cookies to know who is who and when people are logged out? I would have sent this as a ticket to support but eventhough I'm A PAYING aMember member this system will NOT allow me to send a ticket to support Does anyone have notes on this? Ji
