Hello, I need this: We want that people who suscribed to our Amember platform, contact us directly INSIDE amember (through a HelpDesk tickets support system), with their amember username (without having to register again to the support system) and the special feature we need is that each Member can only submit 4 tickets per month (that must be predifined for each new member), and if they want more per month, they have to suscribe for extra tickets (paying for it). Besides that, the support text field has to be limited to 500 characters (to prevent loooooong emails, as we usually get). If anybody can do it, please describe what you can do and your price. Thanks.
Can you elaborate more your response? Because besides English is not my native language, I couldn't understand if Accord5 does what I need. And what of "your" plugin are you talking about? I forgot to mention I need the system to be translated into Spanish Only (I can take in charge of the translation) because all my customers speak spanish.
