I requested an Install of my purchased version of a member Pro on the 14th. At present it is still not functioning properly. The Support staff seems to have a ticket response time of 24 hours. And then, they are simply asking a silly question without taking any action. When I answer the question, they reply 24 hours later with another question. All I want is for the product that I purchased to work properly. My Ticket # is 3484-QWFK-9710 it is being serviced by Unreal I am using the most recent version of aMember Pro with the v Bulletin plug-in. ccBill is my payment processor. 1st problem: When people sign up through aMember and successfully complete payment their user name and password is not being inserted into the vBulletin database. 2nd problem. I keep getting error message from ccBill stating “ccBill datalink error: Authentication failed.743” What I know: ccBill has the correct IP for the site in its datalink section. aMember has the correct datalink username and password entered. The vBulletin plug-in is conected to the correct database and is using the proper username and password. ------------------------------------------------------------------- Support staff feel free to jump in and assist.
