Account + Billing same page

    What needs to be changed so that users can create their account and put in credit card (and/or Paypal) information on the same page? It's not optimal to have two steps for this process.

    This can be done for Paypal Website Payments PRO only and will require several customizations within aMember.
    There is no way to do this for paypal website payments standard.

    Alex, I was specifically talking of mixing Authorize.net and Paypal standard. If you guys could just make the change to work for Authorize, that would be good too--will you?
