Account getting locked for no reason

    The majority of my users use proxies so I have disabled the account sharing feature in amember as it was going off for a LOT of my customers. I recently upgraded to 4.2.10 and I have one customer who can't log in unless I manually change his account settings for the "Is Locked" feature from "NO" to "Disable auto-locking for this customer"

    Why would this one account be affected like this?

    How exactly did you disable the account sharing? Could you please copy/paste your settings?

    In version 4.1.x I thought there was a way to disable the account sharing feature, I don't see an option for that now, I now have 4 customers with this issue since the upgrade to 4.2.10

    Is there no way to disable this now?

    Just increase limits to BIG values. Set IP Limit to 9999 within 1 minute
