    Does this software have good support becuase Alex hasn't posted here since Jan. and It looks like he is the man dude around here.

    I, and many others, have no problem with support. Helpdesk tickets normally responded to within 24 hours. They have always willing to help when I have asked for functions not standard in program.

    Can't understand your comment that Alex hasn't posted since January. Have another look many threads have posts from him in the last few days.

    I agree with thehpmc, I've always been very happy with the level of support.

    Regarding Alex not posting since January. Keep in mind that there are a number of folks that work for aMember on the forum.Alexander, for example, is very active in the forums as recent as yesterday.

    In addition to aMember staff, there are a number of us that have been using it for years and provide assistance as well as you have seen with your other posts thus far :)
