Add a second product

I am wondering how to add a free product subscription to a paid subscription...

I have 4 paid products and a free lifetime product. If someone subscribes to the lifetime product and then wishes to add a paid product then everything is perfect.

But if someone subscribes to a paid product I would like to add the free product to their membership - how can I do this?

I looked at the "Require another subscription to order this product" setting but not sure if this works as I need - from the Manual:

I think that could be confusing to a user and result in a lost sale...?

You can use the complimentary plugin.

Hi David, thanks for the link. I came across your site and signed up for a free membership, but can't find the complimentary plugin... can you point me to where I can download it on your site?

I found it on jLogica and bought the advanced version. Thanks for the help.

Its not available with a free membership- you need a premium membership to access premium content and bonus items like plugins.
