Add an extra button to user account page

    Hi all, I want to add a button along the top row of the account page next to the other buttons such as 'renew subscription' and 'help desk' etc.

    The button would just link to a static URL so it would be the same for all users.

    Can anyone advise on the code and the file location for this?
